At DealsNearMe we stand behind every hand-checked deal we ship. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window and conditions

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Restocking fee and partial refunds

A restocking fee applies to all returns, and partial refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. The refund amount will be confirmed by email once your return is processed.

Items damaged in shipping

We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. However, we will work with our shipping provider to raise a claim on your behalf as needed — contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can start the process.

How to request a return

Email returns@dealsnearme.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship your item to.
