About us

DealsNearMe is a retailer based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, offering warehouse overstock, liquidation lots, estate-sale finds, books, comics, Tupperware, and related goods. We sell primarily through third-party marketplaces including Amazon and eBay.

Purchases through marketplaces

Most purchases are completed through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. When you buy through a marketplace, that marketplace’s terms, policies, pricing, payment processing, shipping, and return rules apply to your transaction in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the operation of those marketplaces.

Product information and pricing

We work to describe and price items accurately, including their condition (new or pre-owned). Because much of our inventory is overstock, liquidation, and estate-sale stock, availability changes frequently and items may sell out. Descriptions, images, and prices may contain errors and are subject to change without notice. Each item’s listing on the relevant marketplace is the authoritative source for its current details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and return eligibility for marketplace orders follow the policies of the marketplace where the purchase was made. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Bulk buy and sell

Requests submitted through our bulk buy/sell form are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding offer or agreement. Any bulk transaction is subject to a separate, mutually agreed arrangement confirmed in writing.

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to DealsNearMe and is protected by applicable laws.
